Description: Antique French scallop dish. In white with a blue design this ironstone dish originates from Bordeaux , France. Dating from the era of Louis XV (the date appears to the base), this Jules Vieillard dish was designed by the maker is Christophe Davide. Generous in size, perfect to hold a large soap in a bathroom or kitchen setting.

Condition: Very good. Some signs of wear to be expected from age and use. A very tiny nick to one edge and to the base (please see photos). This does not effect the use in anyway..
