Description: Stunning large set of 11 original fingerplates from the Art Nouveau period. Each fingerplate is made of pressed brass with wonderful whiplash curves and organic decorative forms to the surface. The plates have 6 holes for installation. Rare to get such a large set, these would look splendid attached to a door.

Condition: Very good. 3 of these have a tiny split to the edge of the brass, this in no way effects the use and is noticeable only on close inspection. Each fingerplate has been hand polished to a high brass shine, left unlacquered a gentle polish occasionally will maintain this level of shine.
