This heart shaped dish was likely designed as a cheese strainer, the size and shape make it perfect to hold a large soap or sponge in, for a kitchen or bathroom setting. In a warm white glaze, with perforated holes to the base and the makers name which reads Apilco Porcelaine a leu France.
