Description: Original, quality pairs of antique Regency door knobs. Round handles with a distinctive Tudor rose radiating out from the centre. The backplates have two recessed screw holes for installation, which are concealed once fitted. All handles have an adjustable grub screw mechanism and are suitable for rim lock fitting. (Allowing the side with the backplate to attach to the door and the side without a backplate to sit flush to the rim lock). One pair has a 3mm narrower handle and a four petal flower motif, as opposed to five petals, see photos. The price is for one pair, I currently have four pairs available.

Condition: Very good. Slight signs of wear from age and use. These handles have been hand polished and are unlacquered therefore a gentle clean with brass polish occasionally will maintain the shine. Each pair has had a new 7mm thick steel spindle made. Please note that when fitting some spindles may need to be cut shorter depending on the thickness of your door and rim locks.
