Tall 1920's Edwardian Pillar Taps
Tall 1920's Edwardian Pillar Taps
Description: Beautiful Edwardian pillar taps. Dating from the 1920’s these brass taps are larger than average pillar taps. Standing at 30cm in height from the surface mounting. Originally manufactured by Bewley of London (makers name appears on the ceramic indices). Heavy, quality brass casting with each single tap weighing 1.4 kilos. Would look stunning in a kitchen coupled with a ceramic sink.
Condition: Very good. The brass has been hand polished and is unlacquered, therefore it would need to be cleaned with brass polish occasionally to maintain this level of shine. The taps have been fully refurbished, with new washers fitted. These taps are sold fully compatible with modern plumbing.
