Delivery of hardware
We ship items worldwide. We use a trackable service for all your deliveries (Royal Mail under 2 kilos and Parcelforce over 2 kilos). We will send you a tracking reference when your order is dispatched.
In the UK we offer free postage on all items and aim to dispatch each item within 2 working days.
International shipping costs to European and Worldwide addresses can vary a great deal, depending on the destination and the size and weight of the item. Therefore, for all products to European and Worldwide addresses international shipping costs are borne by the buyer. These costs are visible at checkout but should you require a quotation before please contact us at info@waterandwood.co.uk. and we’ll give you an accurate quotation.

Returns
Returning hardware
At water and wood we work hard to describe every item accurately, and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. But occasionally, when an item arrives, its just not quite right for you. Which is why we give you the opportunity to send it back. Here’s how it works.
How to return hardware
When your hardware arrives, you have 14 days to tell us if you’d like to return it. All you need to do is repackage it safely, ideally in the box and packaging it arrived in, and fill out our online returns form.
Please make sure that it is sent back with a courier who will ensure the contents. As many of these items are one of a kind and we can’t take responsibility if an item is damaged on the way back to us.
If your item is damaged on its way to you
It is important if this has happened to contact us straight away. Please email us at info@waterandwood.co.uk within 24hours of receiving it. We’ll arrange for it to be collected from you.
When we receive the damaged item, we’ll examine it and send you a replacement straight away. If we don’t have another one, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.
How refunds work
If you need a refund, we will use your original payment method, unless you ask us for something different.
You will usually receive your refund within a week, and always within a fortnight.
