Our products
Unless specified all our items are to be considered ‘used’. This means that signs of wear are likely to be present. We undertake to mention in the item descriptions only those things that may be considered to be of major structural or aesthetic concern. Of course, we’re happy to supply a detailed condition description for any item on request.
The images of the products shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
All dimensions and weights stated within product descriptions are approximate.
The total cost for your order will be confirmed before you place your order.
Delivery
The prices on our website are not inclusive of delivery costs.
Refunds and guarantee
At water and wood we like every piece of hardware we sell. But we do appreciate that sometimes, when it arrives, it’s just not quite right for you. So we offer a money back guarantee on any items that our buyers are not 100% happy with.
The return is subject to the following conditions:
-The goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent.
-The items have not been installed or modified in any way.
-We receive email notification of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of their arrival, and the goods are returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
-If you wish to return your order, please complete our online returns form.
-If you are returning a product because it is faulty, we will refund you the price of the goods in full (including our delivery charges) and your return postal charges.
-Otherwise for all other returns postage is at the buyer’s cost. Any loss or breakages will be your responsibility and will result in the refund being void. So please obtain appropriate insurance with your chosen courier when returning item (s) and ensure that the item is carefully wrapped, ideally in the packaging it was sent in.
-Any products modified at the request of the buyer cannot unfortunately be refunded.
Subject to the above conditions, refunds are processed by the method of original means of payment unless requested otherwise. When we receive a return, we usually refund your order within 7 days and guarantee to refund it within 14 days.
Please note:
We are unable to provide a written guarantee for any of our products.
Lost and damaged orders
In the extremely rare and sad event that your order goes missing or is damaged in transit, please email us. Please do not dispose of the damaged goods as we’ll need them to process your complaint. Water and wood must be notified of damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery, and the damaged items returned within 7 days of delivery.
Application
By law, we recommend that any goods taps and showers purchased from water and wood be installed by a qualified plumber.
Water and wood is in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to you. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application use.
